Florida military bases move warships, aircraft ahead of Hurricane Dorian



Hurricane Dorian is now a Category 3 storm with winds of 115 mph, moving northwest at 10 mph toward Florida and expected to make landfall on Monday or Tuesday, the National Hurricane Center said
